Important Dates for Program Applicants

  • Application for Admission Period:  March 29, 2019 – May 5, 2019

  • Deadline for Application Submissions:  Continuing until June 20, 2019

  • Student Enrollment Agreement:  Due within 10 days of Acceptance Letter             

  •  2019-2020  Program Has Begun:  May 18-19, 2019

* Late Applications are accepted and, if the program is full, applicant will be placed

 on a waiting list if space is not available. 

   

Our Ayurveda Monthly Weekend Courses 

are held either via Live, Interactive Webinar

or as On-Site Courses

from 9:30 a.m. -- 6:30 p.m. ET

1 weekend per month (Saturday and Sunday)

along with a 2-hour Wednesday evening Conference,

for additional instruction, review, and Q&A.

The conference generally occurs 10 days 

prior to next Weekend Course.

 

The majority of our Weekend Courses are offered

via "ZOOM", a web-based Webinar Conferencing technology accessible from your laptop, PC or Apple computer  and other electronic devices,

in the comfort of your home, office, and elsewhere.

AYV 104, AYV 106, AYV 107, AYV 109,  and AYV 114.

Live Webinar Weekend Courses for 2019-2020

Saturdays and Sundays: 

AYV 101; AYV 102; AYV 103;  AYV 105;

AYV 107; AYV 108; AYV 110, AYV 111, & AYV 112 and, AYV 113

NOTE: AYV 113 is held on Wed., May 6, 2020 as a final conference session, and takes place via Webinar (2 evening hrs.)

NOTE: The Sanskrit short course will be held for 3 hours.

*Weekend Courses requiring practical experiences are held "On-Site" at the Sambodh Center for Human Excellence. Often the On-Site portion of a course takes place on only one of the two weekend dates. In exceptional cases a student may be accommodated via Webinar in place of a scheduled On-Site course.

2019: May 18-19; June 22-23; July 13-14; Aug. 10-11; Sept. 14-15; 

Oct. 12-13; Nov. 16-17; and Dec. 14-15; and in  

2020: Jan. 11-12; Feb. 8-9, Mar. 7-8; Apr. 4-5; May 6, and May 16-17.

Other Important Dates

  • A 3-hour Short Course in Sanskrit for Ayurveda - Date & Time TBA

  • Mid-Term Exam Period: Oct. 14 - Nov. 15, 2019 

  • Final Course for ASC Students (AYV 112):  April 4-5, 2020

  • Final 3-Hour Wed. Conference (AYV 113:  May 6, 2020

  • Final Exam period: Apr. 6 - May 6, 2020

  • Final Project Conferences: May 7- 15, 2020

  • Final Weekend Course for AHC Students (AYV 114):  May 16-17, 2020

  • AYV 115, Internship for AHC Students Begins:  May 18, 2020*

  • Final Project period: May. 7 - June 15, 2020 (Due June 5th)

  • Graduation: Weekend of June 27-28, 2020​, when Final Projects are shared with other BVI Ayurveda Program members

*NOTE: For the professional Ayurvedic Consultant Certificate Program,

AYV 115 Internship in Ayurveda, begins only after

the candidate has fulfilled all other course requirements. 

The Institute will remain closed
