Important Dates for Program Applicants:

  • Application for Admission Period:  Feb.10 – Aug.15, 2020

  • Deadline for Application Submissions:  Aug.15, 2020

  • Student Enrollment Agreement Due date: within 10 days after receiving your Acceptance Letter.

  • Late Applications: Accepted up to 10 days before AYV 102.

  • If our program is full, applicants will be places on our waiting list and notified when space becomes available.

  • take place one weekend per month (both Saturday and Sunday)

  • 2020: Sep. 16; Intro to Sanskrit – date TBA; Oct 14; Nov. 11; & Dec 9; 

  • 2021: Jan. 13; Mar. 17; Apr. 14; May 12; Jun. 14; Jul. 14; & Aug. 11

      for the AYV 113 Wed. evening conference).

  • Monthly Conferences - Monthly 3rd Thursday, starting at 5 p.m.

  • A 45-minute Monthly Sanskrit Conference, 4th Thursdays, 7-8:00 p.m.

  • Mid-Term Exam Period: January 25 - February 26. 2021

  • Final Course for ASC Students (AYV 112):  July 24-25, 2021

  • Final AHC 3-Hour Wed. Conference (AYV 113C):  August 11, 2021

  • Final Exam period: July 26 - August 20, 2021

  • Final Project Conferences: July 15 - August 10, 2021

  • Final Weekend Course for AHC Students (AYV 113):  Aug. 21-22, 2021

  • AYV 115, Internship for AHC Students Begins:  Sept. 29, 2021*

  • Final Project period: August 23 - September 28, 2021 (Due: Sept. 29th)

  • Graduation: Weekend of October 8-9, 2021​, when Final Projects will be shared with other BVI Ayurveda Program members and guests

    *NOTE: For the Ayurvedic Consultant Certificate Program Students:

     Your BVI Ayurvedic Internship will begin only after

     the candidate has fulfilled all other course requirements. 


Currently, during the pandemic, all of our courses are being offered via live interactive webinar using Zoom, a web-based Webinar Conferencing technology accessible from your laptop, PC or Apple computer  and other electronic devices, which you may access from the comfort of your home, office, and elsewhere. 


Post-Covid-19: Our Weekend Course may take place either On-Site or via live, interactive, real-time Webinar (generally one or the other). BVI is capable of accommodating students who cannot reasonably travel to attend our on-site courses. They will instead attend our courses via live webinar format using a link to Zoom

Post Covid, we will return to have the following courses in accord with the Instructor's Preference:

Preferably On-Site; Otherwise via Zoom web-conferencing.
